Overview

Joseph J. Clark joined Labaton Sucharow in 2012 and is a member of the Firm's Investigative Team. His primary responsibility includes gathering crucial evidence for case development, ranging from securities fraud to whistleblower representation.

Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Joseph was an investigator at Milberg LLP, where he earned the role of primary qui tam investigator and led more than 30 investigations over a nine month period. Joseph worked with the firm's attorneys on various types of investigations including qui tam, false claims, and foreign corruption. Joseph also brings 12 years of sales operation management, which exposed him to numerous industries and allowed him to build strategic business partnerships.

He earned his B.A. in History from William Paterson University in 2008.
