Overview

Georgia C. Pham focuses on representing investors in shareholder litigation, including class actions, corporate governance matters, and derivative litigation.

Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Georgia was an associate at a plaintiffs litigation firm, where she worked on qui tam litigation as well as shareholder derivative actions and mergers and acquisitions. She also previously served as a law clerk to The Honorable Robert B. Young in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.

Georgia earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.S. from the University of Delaware. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law and Litigation Sections, as well as a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
