Francisco R. Malonzo joined Labaton Sucharow as Mid-Tier Case Manager in 2006. He acts as the administrator for the Firm's mid-sized securities cases, providing paralegal and research support and maintaining the docket for this practice group.

Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Mr. Malonzo served as the Antitrust Case Manager at Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman LLP. He also worked extensively on securities, mass tort and housing discrimination matters. At Milberg Weiss Mr. Malonzo was on the firm's paralegal committee, and developed a repository of case law on electronic discovery.

Mr. Malonzo conferred his degree from the University of California, Berkeley where he was a legal studies major.
