Eunice Ahn manages key aspects of the Firm's institutional investor monitoring program and is a member of Labaton Sucharow's Case Evaluation Group. The group comprises attorneys and professionals that monitor investment portfolios and evaluate potential securities claims for our institutional investor clients.
Eunice is one of the managers of a team of data and research analysts who work diligently to ascertain our clients' financial exposure to companies that are allegedly engaging in wrongdoing. The analysis is based on court-approved loss methodologies, and the team performs numerous checks to determine clients' potential recoveries under the securities laws or to identify possible obstacles to a recovery. In addition, Eunice collaborates on several projects aimed at improving the Firm's infrastructure and technology solutions to manage the voluminous amount of information we track for our clients and to enhance the efficiency of the Firm's reporting to clients.
Eunice started her legal career at another New York securities litigation plaintiffs' firm before joining Labaton Sucharow in 2007. Prior to her current position, Eunice served as Case Evaluation Coordinator, providing paralegal, research, and administrative support to the Case Evaluation Group.
Eunice received her B.A. from Vassar College.
