Danielle E. StampleyAssociate OverviewDanielle E. Stampley concentrates her practice on prosecuting complex securities fraud on behalf of institutional investors.Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Danielle served as a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she represented clients in securities litigation. She also clerked for The Honorable Mary Ellen Barbera of the Court of Appeals of Maryland and interned for The Honorable Susan G. Braden of the United States Court of Federal Claims. Danielle obtained her J.D., summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from American University, Washington College of Law, where she was awarded the Gillet Prize and Mussey Prize for her scholastic achievements. She was also the Senior Note & Comment Editor of the American University Law Review. Danielle attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for her undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor of Journalism and a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Danielle is proficient in Spanish. |
