Colin N. Holmes concentrates his practice on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors.

Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Mr. Holmes was an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel, where he practiced complex commercial litigation including bankruptcy proceedings, class actions, securities litigation, real estate, and antitrust.

Mr. Holmes received a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was the notes and comments editor of the Connecticut Law Review. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Holmes is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
