Labaton Sucharow LLP, as Co-Lead Counsel, obtained an $85 million partial settlement with Defendant Lufthansa Air Cargo in In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation.

In this litigation, Plaintiffs allege that Defendants participated in a global conspiracy to unlawfully inflate the prices charged to ship goods by air between January 1, 2000 and the present. The case is pending before the Honorable John Gleeson in the Eastern District of New York.
