Partner Eric. J. Belfi was quoted in the Associated Press regarding the $303 million Settlement in In re General Motors Corp. Securities Litigation in which Labaton Sucharow serves as Co-Lead Counsel representing two units of DekaBank as the Lead Plaintiffs in the case.
The case "confirms the importance of allowing international investors access to U.S. courts when they've been harmed by securities fraud," said Eric Belfi.
