Partner Christopher J. Keller was quoted in the Boston Globe regarding the $47.5 million Settlement in In re Monster Worldwide, Inc. Securities Litigation in which Labaton Sucharow serves as Court-appointed Class Counsel for Class Representative Middlesex County Retirement System.

Still subject to final approval by the court, the settlement requires former Chief Executive Officer Andrew McKelvey to pay $550,000 personally. "When you do have individuals that pay, for obvious reasons, it has much more of a deterrent effect, where it's not being covered by the company insurance," Mr. Keller said.
