Jordan A. Thomas comments on the importance of insider information when prosecuting certain securities violations  

Jordan A. Thomas represented the anonymous whistleblower who was instrumental in bringing the securities violations of Paradigm Capital Management to the SEC's attention. The SEC's case against Paradigm resulted in a $2.2 million settlement.
