New York City Bar Association: Insurers’ and Insureds’ Perspective on Current Issues in D&O Liability & Insurance

The New York City Bar Association will host its annual D&O Liability & Insurance conference at its headquarters on June 15, 2017. This event will inform attendees how D&O insurance operates and will provide insight into common issues and trends that arise during a claim for D&O liability insurance coverage. The conference will open with a discussion of the landscape of directors’ and officers’ liability, including the common allegations and recent claims trends brought in the wake of the credit and financial crises.
Partner Christopher J. Keller will serve as a panelist for a discussion titled, “Update on U.S. Securities Litigation and Coverage Considerations.” The panel will discuss a variety of topics including:

- Evolving Case Law Affecting Conduct of Securities Litigation
