Labaton Sucharow Remains Prominent Player in the Plaintiffs Bar

Firm Ranked in Top Tier for Litigation in 2017 Chambers & Partners USA

Additionally, the Firm again received a favorable ranking for its work in the Delaware Court of Chancery. According to Chambers, Labaton Sucharow’s “dominant plaintiff-side securities litigation practice” fields “notable experience in bringing high-value actions on behalf of financial institutions and institutional investors.” The guide also noted the Firm’s ability to secure “market-leading recoveries on behalf of plaintiffs” and “strength in cross-border proceedings.”

In the antitrust space, partner Jay L. Himes again received a top ranking for both Nationwide and New York categories. Himes is said to “inspire respect from peers” and is “someone who plays an active and important role” in the antitrust market.
