Jordan A. Thomas, previously of the SEC, joins Labaton Sucharow to lead its Whistleblower Representation Practice.

Thomas, who helped develop the whistleblower provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act, started yesterday at the securities litigation firm, Labaton Sucharow in New York. He said he expects the SEC to now bring more cases based on whistleblower information and wanted to be involved in an evolving area of the law.
