Labaton Sucharow's Whistleblower Representation Practice, led by Jordan A. Thomas, administered an Ethics & Action survey, which is feature in an article by the Hildebrandt Institute

In an interesting follow-on to a piece that we wrote last week onw histleblowers, a new Ethics & Action Survery commissioned by plaintiff litigation firm Labaton Sucharow reports that 34% of survey respondents are aware of misconduct in the workplace and 78% would report the wrongdoing if it could be done "anonymously, without retaliation, and result in a monetary award."
