Firm secures an aggregate settlement of more than $50 million in the auto lights antitrust litigation

"Counsel believe that based on all circumstances present here — including the risk of trial, expense, and uncertainty in the potential need to enforce any judgment abroad; the relative strengths and weaknesses of the claims and defenses asserted; the substantial benefits achieved; the financial condition of TYC; and counsel's past experience in litigating similar antitrust actions — that the proposed settlement is a highly favorable result," the settlement said.

The class is represented by Jason S. Hartley of Stueve Siegel Hanson LLP, Jay L. Himes and Matthew J. Perez of Labaton Sucharow LLP, Bonny E. Sweeney of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP and Michael P. Lehmann and Arthur Bailey Jr. of Hausfeld LLP.
