Connecticut Supreme Court to Revisit Protection for Whistleblowers

Jordan A. Thomas comments on an upcoming Connecticut ruling that could potentially limit protections for whistleblowers in the state
"If the court interprets the law narrowly, whistleblower employees will have less protection for reporting corporate wrongdoing" in Connecticut, said Jordan Thomas, a lawyer at Labaton Sucharow who represents whistleblowers but isn't involved in Mr. Trusz's case. "That would be a setback for investors and the general public."
