Women's Initiative Leadership Panel

As part of Labaton Sucharow's Women's Initiative program, the Firm hosted a panel of three accomplished women. The speakers discussed the factors that have played a key role in their success. Our panelists included:

Kristyn Clement

Kristyn Clement serves as Director of Research & Insights at AT&T AdWorks. She runs a cross-platform team responsible for generating audience, campaign and custom research insights within and across the three screens.

Ms. Clement has more than 15 years of media research and advertising experience across online, mobile, print and TV platforms. Prior to joining AT&T AdWorks, she spent six years on the publisher side building and managing the Insights and Sales Research teams at XO Group, the premier women's lifestage media company. During her tenure, she launched the company's bridal research arm The Knot Market Intelligence and oversaw the largest and most comprehensive bridal study ever developed.

Ms. Clement sits on numerous media research councils and committees and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. She is an avid supporter of mentoring high-risk youth and a participating member of iMentor.

Paulette Fox

Paulette Fox serves as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at HSH Nordbank, an international commercial bank, headquartered in Germany, with a focus on shipping, transportation, real estate and renewable energy. In this role, Ms. Fox is responsible for the management and oversight of HSH Nordbank's various complex litigations and establishing a New York presence for the Bank in that capacity. Additionally, she provides counsel on a variety of transactional, banking and New York Branch-specific legal matters.

Ms. Fox is also the Founder of LifeIce. Specially formulated with a variety of premium ingredients, LifeIce is the first all natural, freeze & eat, bite-sized ices. Borne out of the recipes made while caring for her ailing mother during her battle with ovarian cancer, and inspired by the therapeutic effects of traditional ice chips, LifeIce is the "New Frozen Way to Snack Healthy" and proudly an Official Partner with the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.

Ms. Fox is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is also a long-standing member of the American Museum of Natural History Junior Council.

Stefanie Birbrower Greer

Stefanie Birbrower Greer serves as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Prudential Capital Group. Previously, she was a New York-based partner in Dickstein Shapiro's Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice who represented clients in all aspects of Chapter 11 cases, including complex bankruptcy-related litigation. Prior to joining Dickstein Shapiro, Ms. Greer was of counsel at Bingham McCutchen LLP.

Ms. Greer is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Greer is also a member of the New York City Bar's Women in the Profession Committee.

Recognizing that opportunities for advancement and collaboration have not always been equitable to women in business, Labaton Sucharow launched the Women's Initiative in 2007.
