New York State Bar Association’s International Section European Seasonal Meeting

The New York State Bar Association's International Section will present its 2016 Seasonal Meeting in Paris, France on October 19-21, 2016.

Labaton Sucharow Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice co-chair Jay L. Himes will serve as a moderator alongside Michael Debroux of DS Avocats in a panel titled, "Developments in Victim Recovery Litigation." The panel will cover recent developments in U.S. private antitrust litigation, including use of statistical evidence in class or collective cases (Tyson Foods v. Bouaphakeo), novel allegations of conspiracy (Meyer v. Kalanick or “Uber”), and efforts to “moot” class litigation through offers of judgment (Campbell-Ewald v. Gomez).
