George Washington Law's Center for Law, Economics and Finance (C-LEAF), along with the Institute for Law and Economic Policy (ILEP) host ed a symposium entitled "Striking the Right Balance: Investor and Consumer Protection in the New Financial Marketplace" on March 2, 2012.     

Partner Jordan A. Thomas served as a speaker on a panel focused on issues related to the SEC and corporate governance, including such topics as proxy access, executive compensation and whistleblower protection.
