The Ethics and Compliance Officer Association's (ECOA) hosted their 19th Annual Ethics & Compliance Conference in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue in Bellevue, Washington from September 20-23, 2011. The conference focused on the most critical issues facing ethics and compliance practitioners. 

On September 22nd, from 9:00 - 10:15 a.m., Partner Jordan A. Thomas participated as a panelist during a session entitled, "The Great Debate - Whistleblowers: Courageous Heroes or Disloyal Rogues?" During this session, the panelists discussed the implications of Dodd-Frank's requirements around whistleblowing.
