Banking Litigation Network Conference
July 01, 2016
The Banking Litigation Network, a global network of law firms with extensive experience acting for clients in disputes with banks and other financial institutions, will host a conference on July 1, 2016 in Barcelona. The program will feature insightful panel discussions led by senior leaders from some of the world’s most respected firms. Member firms are able to exchange information that is of interest to other members—examples of which are claims against banks relating to interest rate swaps and the manipulation of Libor, Euribor, and Forex benchmarks.
Gregory Asciolla, Co-Chair of Labaton Sucharow's Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice, will address recent trends and developments in class action litigation.
