Christine S. Azar, Christopher J. Keller, and Ira A. Schochet Spoke at the 2012 ACS National Convention

Washington, DC
June 15, 2012

Christine S. Azar, Christopher J. Keller, and Ira A. Schochet appeared in front of a large body of lawyers, policymakers, law students, and activists to discuss the decline of jury trials in various civil contexts. The panel consisted of several top attorneys from across the United States, and touched upon a number of important issues at the very basis of the trial-by-jury ideology.
The convention itself, which was held from June 14th to the 16th of 2012 in Washington, DC, drew a broad range of experts that included Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, Iowa Senator Tom Harkin, and Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
