American Bar Association: Recent Issues in Reverse Payments Litigations

The American Bar Association will host a panel on September 14, 2017 in New York, NY to analyze the complexity and uncertainty surrounding reverse payment cases. The panel will preview some of the arguments parties and courts are likely to see as they continue to refine these matters. 

Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice attorney Robin van der Meulen will serve on the panel titled, “Recent Issues in Reverse Payments Litigations,” to discuss the certification of end-payor classes in reverse payment cases and law related to merger and non-merger as well as key criminal matters.
