American Antitrust Institute: Private Antitrust Enforcement Around the Globe

The American Antitrust Institute will host its annual Private Enforcement Conference on November 7, 2017 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. This event will bring together professionals across the board to discuss a variety of topics including the future of private antitrust enforcement, developments in international private antitrust enforcement, standards applicable at class certification in antitrust cases, and antitrust class actions in agricultural industries.

Partner Jay L. Himes will serve as the moderator for the discussion titled, “Session IV: International – Private Antitrust Enforcement Around the Globe.” The panel will explore recent developments in private antitrust enforcement around the world. The panel includes:
